  1. June 2-28: China IP Summer Program
  • This year's China IP Summer Program features the 7th annual Sino-US IP Mock Trial program, presided over by Judge James Holderman of US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  The mock trial will focus on IP issues related to Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA).  The John Marshall Law School thanks the generous contribution and co-sponsorship of Steptoe Johnson and the China Intellectual Property Training Center for the organizing the mock trialwith a Sino-US IP Conference.
